Specification

Case
Constructed of heavy gauge, zinc coated mild steel sheet on all welded mild steel angle frame.

Access
Front panels of unit are removable for access to fans, heater battery and centre bearings.

Nozzles
Swivel nozzles 90° bend for floor mounted units, with 30° or 45° cut off in the case of suspended units. Nozzles rotate through 360°.

Fans
Individual self containing high efficiency double inlet centrifugal fans coupled directly to individual nozzle outlets. All fans have a common drive shaft running in prelubricated self aligning ball bearings.

Heater Battery
Single or multi row batteries designed to meet required outputs. L.P.H.W Usually manufactured from solid drawn copper primary tubes expanded into collar spaced plate fins of either copper or aluminium. All brazed construction. Connections as required.

M.P.H.W. H.P.H.W & STEAM Primary tubes of heavy gauge steel tube (BSS.1387) with continuously wound steel tape forming secondary surface. All welded construction with flanged connection as standard.

Filter Unit
The filter unit is made to bolt directly on to the air inlet and is so designed that filters may easily be removed for cleaning. Filters are supplied in accordance with customer’s particular requirements.

Mixing Unit
Constructed of heavy gauge zinc coated mild steel sheet on a suitable constructed frame as required, and designed to meet a variety of inlet arrangements. Plate type or multi-leaf dampers are available for manual or motorised operation.

Motor
Standard motor is drip proof construction, 400/440 volts 3 phase supply. Motors of other construction, i.e. totally enclosed, flame proof and other voltages can be fitted if required.

Finish
The complete unit is primed in a rust resisting primer inside and outside and is finished in light blue enamel.
